Description
The Collections Strategy Specialist is responsible in the overall execution of collections strategies to be implemented by the Collections Operations team for all loan products of the bank but with more focus on Credit Cards.
What You Will Be Doing
Create and execute the end to end strategies to maximize collections for Credit Cards.
Coordinate with the bank's Collections Operations Team and ensure that the collections strategies are being executed and continuous monitoring is being implemented.
