ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, coach, counsel, participate in hiring and firing staff.
• Monitor collection calls for accuracy, FDCPA compliance, and successful collection call.
• Apply and enforce company and department policies in conjunction with dept manager.
• Produce collection / production for Supervisor/ Management Review.
• Successfully train subordinates.
• Responsible for the professional advancement and improvement.
• Monitor and service 90 day/FPD buckets as needed.
• Directly assist dept manager in defusing any complaint or customer / debtor concerns.
• Extensive FDCPA knowledge and application of its rules and regulations.
• Supervisory / Team lead experience.
