Overview

ISS STOXX is growing We are seeking for a Collections Team Lead to contribute to our expanding success – a self-motivated professional whose primary responsibility is to monitor, motivate, and train the team (to ensure that monthly goals are met). This position will also report/work directly with the Collections Head, under the Revenue Control Department.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist Collections Manager with setting clear goals and KPIs for the collection staff.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members in Manila.
• Ability to effectively teach strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Oversee day-to-day team's operation and performance, to include ensuring the process document is followed by the team and feedback is provided.
