As a Collections Team Lead, you will provide day‑to‑day work to the group, conduct workload studies, plan activities, set direction, and provide supervision and evaluation of direct reports. This role plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the collections department, ensuring efficient and effective debt recovery processes. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of collections specialists, developing and implementing collection strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows.

• Assists Desk Collectors or recommends collection techniques for difficult situations
