Collections Team Leader - Sto. Nino

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced APD Collection Team Leader to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the APD Collections team
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Handle escalations and support resolution of collection concerns
• Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve recovery rates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of collections experience with leadership background
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collection systems
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Must know how to drive and with valid driver’s license
