Collections Team Manager

About the Role

The Team Manager oversee the collection of unpaid insurance premiums as well as the management of remedial accounts for mortgage products such as HL, BML, and CTS. This includes handling foreclosure processes, DOU buybacks, and resolving document deficiencies. The role directly supervises an Agency Officers and Team Leader managing Remedial Officers. The primary purpose is to ensure assigned products meet performance targets/budget goals while maintaining compliance with bank policies and processes.

How you'll contribute

• Monitor and update established KPIs of supervised team regularly, to enhance team’s performance.
• Evaluate overall Mortgage Remedial Team and LS-Insurance Agency Officer performance regularly (including random Agency Visit) with coordination with other team units involved in handling the product and bucket assigned to ensure their performance high contributes to target attain...
