Overview

As a Collections/Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of overdue accounts, with a strong focus on achieving collections targets while also preserving long term customer relationships.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume collections environment.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a consumer collections role.
• Confident spoken and written English communication skills.
