JOB DESCRIPTION

The Collector is responsible for assisting the Company in the timely and efficient collection of customer payments. The role involves coordinating with customers regarding payment schedules, ensuring compliance with Company collection procedures, and maintaining accurate documentation of all transactions. The Collector is expected to conduct all duties with honesty, professionalism, and in a manner that protects the Company's reputation and interests.
