Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to secure payment, utilizing phone, mail, and email.
• Negotiation: Develop and negotiate payment plans and settlement options for debt repayment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payments, and disputes.
• Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Skip Tracing: Locate debtors when contact information is outdated.
• Reporting: Monitor aging accounts and report on collection progress and strategy effectiveness.
