Collector/Messenger

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high school diploma, college level, or graduated from a vocational course
• Should have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work well with others
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Can work with minimum supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for handling the signing of all billing of Regular and some SAM Accounts in Metro Manila areas, especially Pasig, Makati, Ortigas, and Mandaluyong Clients
• Perform collection activities in coordination with the RMG Manager and Officers
• Securely send billings, Letter Notices, and statements of accounts for counter invoices and other documents to the intended location or recipient promptly.
