College Clubs Manager – Bhumi Clubs

This is a remote position. About the role: The Manager is a strategic role responsible for designing, scaling, and leading Bhumi's college club ecosystem nationally, while also managing a national student innovation and entrepreneurship programme with a structured competition cycle, and institutional stakeholder management. Working closely with the Volunteer Manager and cross-functional teams, the Manager will set the vision for club growth, oversee programme quality, and build a culture of civic leadership driving systemic change in how student volunteerism and entrepreneurship are activated across India. About the Program Bhumi is building one of Indias largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities.
