Key Responsibilities:

• Provide course materials and instructional plans in the field of Accountancy.
• Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
• Assist and oversee CHED recognition of the program.
• Provide a holistic classroom management approach to assigned courses, both for classroom or online setting.
• Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Recommend partnerships and linkages for the program.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career issues.
• Coordinate and assist student in deploying in their respective practicum partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Qualification:

• Master's / Doctorate Degree and/or CPA with BOA for teaching academics.
