The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College) licenses and regulates the practice of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) in the public interest.

Created by an act of the Canadian Parliament in 2019, the College’s mission is to ensure that RCICs and RISIAs meet and follow high standards of education, competence and professional ethics through its licensing and support of lifelong learning. It is within this exciting context that the College is conducting its first search for a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The College is governed by a Board of Directors comprising 4 licensees of the College and 5 public representatives appointed by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
