Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; postgraduate studies or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in registrar operations, student records management, or academic administration, preferably in a higher education institution.
• Strong knowledge of CHED regulations, academic policies, and government compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in registrar systems, student information systems (SIS), and related digital platforms; ability to troubleshoot and support process automation.
