Collision Repair Painter-Technical Representative

Job Description

The position is responsible for efficient application of Sherwin‑Williams Automotive products in customer’s accounts, including collision shops, dealerships, production shops, auto auctions, etc. The incumbent will spray product and resolve any common difficulties that may occur during the paint process as well as identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize self with all products and procedures recommended in the Productivity Processes, including product application and preparation.
• Assist customer in proper selection and application of product to develop expert relationship.
• Support sales reps branch operations and distributors with technical and marketing assistance as needed.
• Develop knowledge/skills regarding sales techniques and methods.
