About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to support Alibaba.com's Mexico market. This role focuses on optimizing merchant performance, enhancing transaction conversion, and driving business growth through scalable operations, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Growth & Conversion: Design and optimize service delivery systems that enhance product operations, lead generation, and transaction conversion for new merchants on Alibaba.com, continuously improving customer success and overall transaction volume.
2. KA Merchant Retention: Plan and execute local merchant training programs and events to drive scalable engagement and achieve key growth metrics for key accounts (KAs).
3. Operational Enablement: Leverage data insights, customer case studies, and resource integration to support frontline sales and service teams, improving their capability to serve local merchants effectively.
