As a Lead Engineer in Integrated Manufacturing Engineering, you will support the new-make manufacturing of combustor and structural components across the CF34 product line, covering both GE shops and sourced hardware. Working under the guidance of more senior engineers, you will help solve manufacturing and producibility challenges, contribute to cost and quality improvements, and strengthen the Engineering–Supply Chain partnership to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
You will work on the front line of the Integrated Manufacturing Engineering (IME) organization, learning and applying Flight Deck and lean principles to support supply chain health, enhance producibility, and enable the business to reliably meet customer commitments.
