Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Architect/Engineer Bilingual C1.
The position is based in Barranquilla with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities include prospecting, managing and developing commercial and residential projects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting proposals to clients, preparing technical and commercial documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
Strong commercial aptitude or previous experience in sales-related roles
Excellent bilingual proficiency in English (C1 level) for communication, presentation, and documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in commercial or client-facing roles is a plus
