Comercial Training Lead Endo/Energy

The Commercial Training Lead is responsible for designing, leading, and executing comprehensive training programs for a team of 20+ sales representatives in Mexico, focusing on upskilling sales teams based on specialization areas, product-to-procedure knowledge, value proposition articulation, and effective platform strategy deployment.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement targeted commercial training programs that address the specific needs of sales representatives by specialization and product area.
• Deliver engaging training sessions—both in-person and virtually—covering product knowledge, procedural best practices, and the company's value propositions.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure training content is current and aligned with strategic business objectives.
