Job Description
CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Comm Process Specialist I, to support sales operations, Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, and commercial process improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with regional sales leadership to deliver actionable sales insights, improve operational efficiency, and support sales enablement initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, sales analytics, reporting, forecasting coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced business environment.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote)
**Pay Rate:** Based on experience
**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze and report on Salesforce (SFDC), revenue, and POS data to support business decision-making
