As a Command Assistant, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring efficient administrative support for 1 Command Support Regiment team. You'll play a key role in maintaining organisation, managing communications, and creating a welcoming environment.
Duties for this role will include:
* Manage general office administration and daily office operations
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Support and maintain registry functions
* Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
* Order office supplies and manage inventory
* Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
