Role: Command Center Shift Lead

Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years

Must Have:

• Shift Oversight:

• Supervise L1 operators during the shift; ensure compliance with monitoring and triage processes.

• Incident Escalation:

• Act as the first escalation point for unresolved/high-impact incidents; coordinate with L2/L3 teams.

• Major Event Coordination:

• Lead during DR drills, major releases, and high-impact events.

• Shift Handover:

• Validate shift logs and ensure accurate handover documentation.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Track shift KPIs and report anomalies or improvement areas.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide timely updates on outages and critical incidents.
