1. As E-Commerce system operational engineer, Provide day-to-day L2 support for e-Commerce systems.

2. Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.

3. Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions.

4. Deal with incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools.

5. Analyze operational data for continual working improvement.

6. Establish knowledge databases and documentation.

职位要求：
