3. Customer development and management

4. Prepare proposals and complete client briefings independently 

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Minimum 2 years work experience in commercial real estate services/agency industry

3. Fluent in both English and Chinese language

4. Good MS Office software skills (esp. Excel, Power Point, Word)

5. Good commercial analytical skills

6. With real estate broker license preferred
