As a Commercial Analyst - Projects, you will be a key partner to project leads and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that strategic projects are supported by robust financial modelling and commercial insights. Your role is crucial in building business cases, defining benefit baselines, and delivering executive-ready reports to enable timely and impactful business decisions. Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models, scenarios, and sensitivities for investment appraisal (Cap Ex/Op Ex).
Quantify key financial metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR, payback) and provide recommendations for stage-gate approvals.
Define baselines, KPIs, and measurement approaches for each initiative, tracking benefit delivery and highlighting risks.
Produce monthly portfolio packs, including progress, spend, benefits, and risk/decision updates.
