Commercial Analyst (RGM)

We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Growth Management analyst to accelerate the RGM agenda in Hungary.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full RGM cycle: from insight generation to strategic recommendations and executional follow-through. You will build local RGM capabilities, improve pricing & promo effectiveness, and support sustainable top- and bottom-line growth. You will be the local go-to expert on RGM, with a direct connection to the central European RGM team.

What We Ask
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in RGM, commercial analytics, commercial strategy, consultancy, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and building consensus across functions
