Job Description:

• Provide support for Commercial Solutions and Governance programs within Global Deal Management.
• Triage and manage intake requests to ensure timely action by stakeholders within established SLAs.
• Generate reports and metrics as requested.
• Respond to general inquiries related to the programs being managed.
• Assist in developing and implementing newly defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address inbound questions.
