Job Description:
Provide support for Commercial Solutions and Governance programs within Global Deal Management.
Triage and manage intake requests to ensure timely action by stakeholders within established SLAs.
Generate reports and metrics as requested.
Respond to general inquiries related to the programs being managed.
Assist in developing and implementing newly defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address inbound questions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
