Commercial and Supplier Management Manager

Information Technology supplier relationships including contract pricing and terms negotiations, executing Supplier Governance tasks (e.g. Risk Management, Information Security and Data Privacy, Financial Due Diligence Assessments, etc), collaborating with legal and procurement teams for contract amendments. Manager will also be responsible for presentations and leading meetings with executives.Skills and Experience - Expertise in procurement and contract negotiation. - Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in supplier relationship management. - Strong understanding of risk mitigation and operational efficiency. – Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks related to supplier contracts
