Position : Commercial Assistant – Drives & Steel Group

Location: Kolkata (All India Coordination Role)

Department: Drives & Steel Group

Salary: 3- 5lpa

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Qualification: B.Com / B.A. (Computer Proficiency Mandatory)

Should be proficient in communications and should be harmonious in attitude and good in co ordination and should be able to travel- but this is not a mandatory but preferable

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate with Order Processing team to ensure all orders are timely placed and receipt and Order Acknowledgement is shared with customers.
• Track end-to-end order execution and align customer and principal delivery timelines.
• Resolve delivery mismatches through coordination with PM, CM, Logistics, and Back Office teams.
