About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Commercial Assistant to join our team at CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD'. In this full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak, you will provide critical administrative and commercial support to our thriving construction business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation and processing of commercial contracts, purchase orders, invoices and other administrative documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of commercial information
• Provide support for tendering and bidding activities, including collating and formatting proposal documents
• Maintain comprehensive records and filing systems to support commercial operations
