 We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused  Commercial Assistant  to join our team in a permanent, full-time, office-based position located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
 The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the account management team (sales managers), assist with CMR, pricing, technical queries, constructs and build strong relationships with customers. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including commercial, regulatory, design, operations, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Support Sales managers in managing CMR (Sales Force) and pricing requests.
 Develop and maintain trustful relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact (when account managers are unavailable).
