Commercial Business Development Officer

Purpose:

The Commercial Business Development Officer is responsible for growing Pi Energy's reach into the different markets, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes generating and developing customer pipeline, engaging customers, acquisition and relationship management of assigned accounts or leads, contract management, and closing and after-sales customer management. Their task is to also provide on the ground feedback to arsenal teams to enhance products and value propositions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Business Development and Customer Engagement

1. Ensure project proposals provide the best technical solution at the right financial offer
2. Handle end-to-end customer pipeline and ensure that existing accounts are managed and engaged regularly (at least once a quarter)
