Commercial Business Unit Manager (Santiago)

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic commercial goals in conjunction with the Technical Business Unit Manager and General Management and guarantee the established milestones accomplishment.
• Participate in the acquisition of new projects and client support in coordination with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
• Monitor all legal regulations and Group guidelines related to construction contracts.
• Participate in meetings with clients, addressing complaints and solving problems.
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the Technical Business Unit Manager.
• Provide all the required documents for the external annual financial statements in accordance with the legal requirements and valuation regulations of the Group Yearly Planning and Forecast.
