Commercial Card Implementation & Operations Leader

**Overview:**

Leads end-to-end Commercial Card Implementation (CCI) strategy and execution, overseeing client onboarding, pipeline acceleration, operational risk management, participates in product and fintech launches. Serves as a cross-functional leader partnering with Sales, Product, Solution Delivery, Risk, and fintech partners to accelerate time to revenue and deliver scalable, high-quality client experiences.

**Client Implementation & Delivery**

+ Lead complex and high-value client implementations, including structured kickoff calls, site visits, and end-to-end onboarding.
+ Oversee delivery of platform and technical installs (e.g., Online Client Facing program management platforms, Payables Automation platforms, QuickBooks integrations).
