Overview

Lutron is looking for a dynamic Commercial Channel Sales professional to spearhead our Commercial and Electrical Wholesale (EW) growth across the Caribbean. Based in Puerto Rico, you will be the primary driver of market demand, specification, and revenue. This is a role for a sales professional who can navigate the technical complexities of commercial construction while energizing a diverse channel of dealers and distributors.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with Project Influencers, including commercial architects, electrical consultants, lighting designers, and project management consultants.
Position Lutron as the standard for commercial building requirements, ensuring our solutions are written into the initial design phases.
Proactively grow the specification pipeline year-over-year, utilizing Salesforce (SFDC) to track progress from concept to completion.
