Commercial Construction Estimator /Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to provide accurate cost estimates, respond to RFPs, and manage project execution at KB Better Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and tenders with accurate and competitive estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and/or materials, and other project-related expenses.
• Track progress and quality of work performed by subcontractors, suppliers, and field trades.
• Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors, and make changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Use computer and technology tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Xactimate, AutoCAD, OST software, and project management tools.
