We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join a well‑established and growing builder specializing in commercial building projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the pre‑construction process and influencing project success from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop budgets, value engineering options, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre‑construction
• Support bid strategy, scope reviews, and project hand offs
