Commercial Contract Manager

Adecco's client is seeking an analytical and commercially driven
Commercial Contracts Manager
to lead contract governance, commercial negotiations, risk mitigation, ordering, billing, and contract closure. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing critical contract clauses, SOW variations, and commercial execution, preferably within the telecommunications or IT industry, to support seamless project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide negotiation advisory for pre-sales contracts, ensuring clauses support effective project delivery and implementation
• Partner closely with Project Management teams to provide contract expertise on SOW, payment terms, risk provisions, acceptance criteria, warranty, and other delivery-critical clauses
• Lead contract variation management by identifying scope changes, facilitating negotiations, and securing approvals for change orders
