This position partners closely with Business Unit leadership, Sales, and technical Program teams to shape and execute commercial strategy across complex domestic and international opportunities.

From early-stage pursuit and contract negotiations through post-award execution and risk management, this role serves as a trusted advisor to the business. This role will balancing legal compliance, commercial objectives, and operational realities.
