Job Description

Responsibilities:

Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts.

Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance.

Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.

Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

Issue spotting and contract planning.
