Commercial Counsel

Experian is looking for an experienced attorney with experience working with complex agreements for sophisticated clients in a variety of industries and the public sector, including adtech, telecom, financial services, fintech, and technology. The position will provide you the opportunity to negotiate contracts directly with Experian's business clients, requiring in-depth work with and understanding of agreements for a variety of products and services, including credit and marketing data services, SaaS, licensed software, consulting, professional services, and analytics, as well as NDAs, evaluation agreements, standard terms and conditions, service level agreements, and master services agreements. You will report to a Senior Commercial Contracts Manager and can work remotely or if desired in a local Experian office.
