About the Role
LiveRamp is seeking a commercial contract attorney to join the Legal & Data Ethics team based in London. The Commercial Counsel will report into the VP, Legal & Data Ethics, International. The role will interface with business teams to negotiate and execute on a wide range of commercial and strategic initiatives requiring creative and proactive legal guidance and work as part of the EU Legal and Data Ethics team to enable business innovation in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A strong affinity for Ad tech and Data protection is key for this role.
In this role, the Commercial Counsel will have the opportunity to support our business team and interact with our internal teams, vendors and customers and the overall industry.
