Your Role
 and What You'll Be DoingWe are looking for a Commercial Delivery Manager to take ownership of commercial performance, operational improvement and strategic delivery across a designated department within our Business Services Group.
Working closely with Partners, Department Heads, and the Head of Business Performance, you will identify under‑performance, understand root causes, and drive the roadmap for improvement. This role is not just about delivering solutions — it’s about spotting opportunities, influencing stakeholders and shaping the future direction of the business.
About YouDay‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics.

Deep dive into commercial challenges — for example, low margins — to understand root causes and recommend remedies.
