This position will be based in Monterrey and will report to the Head of Distribution:


Position requires the following abilities and experience:

+ 10+ years of experience leading brokers / agents teams

+ Strong relationships with Brokers and Clients in Monterrey

+ Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

+ Teamwork, negotiation skills, work under pressure, commitment, problem solving,

+ Outstanding level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook capabilities

+ Process optimization, good communication, proactive, ability to prioritize, client service

+ Adequate control of financials / pipeline

+ Able to operate within a fast-paced industry and being able to adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment.

+ An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results-oriented strategies with producers / sponsors...
