Job Description
We have been retained by a new client to recruit a Commercial Director for their UK business. As a result of a revised growth strategy, our client is now looking for a Commercial Director to drive the sales strategy and to progress into the Managing Director role, quickly.
This role will report into the European Director and will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy across the UK business. You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end UK business including operations, commercial, sales, marketing and supply chain. Focusing on the UK market you will drive commercial growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and delivering on the UK based sales strategy
- Develop and coach the sales team in refined and proactive sales processes
- Lead the operations and supply chain elements of the business
- Take responsibility for the marketing direction of the business.
