The opportunity
The
Business Development Director
is responsible for driving TCR North America's commercial growth and customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence, developing new business, and ensuring strong Key Account Management. The position is accountable for building strategic customer relationships, aligning business development initiatives with operational and fleet strategies, and supporting long-term growth and profitability.
This position is available in: Newark (NJ), Detroit (MI), Chicago (IL), Boston (MA), New York (NY), San Francisco (CA).
This is a hybrid role, allowing 1-2 days of remote work.
