Commercial Director – Mexico, Latin America
Overview of the role
The Commercial Director serves as the senior-most commercial leader for the assigned geographic region, accountable for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business performance. This executive-level position owns full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and leads a dynamic regional sales organization, including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Engineering Business Managers (EBM’s) and Inside Sales Managers (ISM’s).
This role is instrumental in translating Solmax’s commercial strategy into region-specific execution. The Commercial Director collaborates closely with Product & Technical Services, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure customer needs are met with precision and responsiveness. They are expected to foster a high-performance sales culture, develop talent, and ensure alignment across functions to enable profitable and sustainable growth.
