  About The Role 
  About this opportunity 
 Key member of Gleeds project team responsible for representing the company and leading cost and procurement management aspects of a data centres construction project delivery. This role involves overseeing the financial and contractual elements to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Director will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive value and efficiency throughout the project life cycle.
 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Formulating and managing strategies to deliver the business objectives.
 Ensuring that projects are managed in accordance with Gleeds processes and procedures.
 Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a customer care plan is in place.
