Commercial Director

We are looking for an executive talent for the position of Commercial Director.

We belong to the BPO | BTO Industry and are a global company with a presence in different countries.

Role Objective:

Define, direct and execute the company's comprehensive commercial strategy, ensuring the profitable growth of the traditional call centre and BTO services business by generating new sales, expanding existing accounts, positioning the value proposition and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Key Scope and Responsibilities:

Design and execute the annual and medium-term business plan aligned with the company's strategic plan.
